Nature of Our Services

Parkwise is a publishing enterprise. Our guides are independent editorial products — they contain original research, practical advice, routing strategies, and informational content. Purchasing a guide from Parkwise does not entitle you to entry into any theme park. Entry requires a valid ticket or pass obtained directly from the park operator or its authorised channels.

Nature of Content

Our guides are based on the author's direct research, observation, and experience accumulated over multiple visits to the park. They do not represent official park information and should not be treated as such. The content in our guides reflects the authors' findings and opinions at the time of writing and last review. It is intended as a helpful planning reference, not as a substitute for official park communications.

Theme park operations, attractions, schedules, pricing, policies, and available experiences are subject to change at any time without notice. Parkwise makes no warranty that information in any guide remains accurate or current at the time of your visit. We recommend verifying all operational details — including opening hours, ride availability, and event schedules — directly with the official park before your visit.

Eligibility and Use Conditions

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website. By submitting an order form, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

You may use the content of any guide purchased from Parkwise for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, re-licensing, sublicensing, or publishing of any portion of a Parkwise guide — in whole or in part, in any medium — without prior written permission from Parkwise is strictly prohibited.

Payment and Refunds

Prices for digital guides are displayed in Singapore Dollars (S$) on the guide listing page and are inclusive of all applicable taxes where relevant. Payment is processed at the time of ordering. As our guides are digital products delivered electronically, they are ordinarily non-refundable once delivered to your email address.

If you believe the guide you received is materially different from its description on this website, or if there was a technical error in delivery, please contact us at guide@parkwise.sg within 14 days of your order. We will review your concern and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Parkwise reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer refunds on the basis that a theme park visit was cancelled, delayed, or did not meet expectations — as Parkwise does not provide park entry and has no control over park operations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, and guide documents — is the intellectual property of Parkwise and is protected by applicable copyright law. Nothing on this website grants you any licence to use, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted in these terms.

The name Parkwise, the brand identity, and all associated creative materials are proprietary to the Parkwise project. You may not use our brand name or materials in any way that suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses
